Valliammai received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from Alagappa University, India and Madurai Kamaraj University, India in 2014 and 2016, respectively.

While studying at Lady Doak College, India, she worked as a Web developer(Intern) from December 2015 to May 2016. Here she (i) Conceptualized and implemented student attendance and examination grading system, for a large database of 7000+ students and 15+ departments in the college, (ii)Enabled administrators to make updates to the records via a user-friendly web interface, (iii)Additionally, developed a mobile application for easy management of student attendance by staff members.

From January 2017 to December 2017, she was a Web Designer at Upwork. Here she worked on (i) Creating and improving CRM applications by using graphics, icons, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, style guides, (ii) Optimizing wireframes and mockups for a wide range of devices and interfaces, (iii) Created responsive design for multiple devices (Android Phones, Tablets, iPhones, iPads, etc.), (iv) Designed all websites from scratch using HTML, CSS, PHP and created animated assets with CSS, HTML & JS, and video editing.

From March 2018 to April 2020, she was a Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer , at Autoscan Technologies, Singapore, working on mobile app development and windows applications, where she (i) Worked closely with product owner at client Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) Casino, Singapore, to interpret requirements and translate them into software solutions (ii) Architected playing-cards and asset-management mobile applications using platform heterogenous Xamarin, for use in Android and iOS mobile (iii) Designed asset-management web application using C#, .NET (frontend) and SQL (backend), compatible with all mainstream browsers and deployed the applications in Microsoft Azure cloud, (iv) Involved in full software development life cycle, including manual testing (performed exploratory, unit, functional, end-to-end, regression, and stress testing) of software applications and also level 3 support, (v) The project used TFS for version control and Agile-scrum methodology for project management.

Since August 2020, she is a Software QA Analyst at uTest. Here she (i) Participate in test cycles and perform manual testing of both mobile and web applications (involves unit testing, functional testing, acceptance testing, regression testing and usability testing), (ii) Utilize different mobile and desktop platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows and Linux, (iii) Test on almost all mainstream browsers (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE), (iv) Write and execute test cases, test plans and quality bug reports for submission to uTest platform, and communicate with test team leads and project managers regarding the test cycles and products.

Her expertise lies in developing system software using C#, .NET, Xamarin, SQL, and JavaScript primarily for web applications and mobile applications and knowledgeable in GoLang programming.
